Check Games ("we", "us", "our") is a mobile game for Android. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use and store it, and your rights.
We collect only what we need to operate the game and online features:
Gameplay & Progress: levels,
items, achievements, leaderboard display name/score
Multiplayer: matchmaking/friends metadata necessary for online play
Device & Technical Data: Android Advertising ID (AAID), device model/OS, app version
Crash & Diagnostics: crash/ANR logs, performance data
Support (if you contact us): email content and attachments you send
We do not collect: precise or coarse location, camera/microphone data, contacts,
files/photos,
payments, social logins, or analytics. We do not show ads.
Game profile: A display name or
nickname you choose for leaderboards or multiplayer
Support messages: If you email us, we receive your email address and message contents
We do not require an email account to play. We do not collect passwords.
Gameplay & events: progress,
items, leaderboard stats—used to provide game features and backups
Device & identifiers: AAID, device model/OS, app version—used for session management,
anti‑abuse,
and limited measurement (no advertising)
Crash/diagnostics: crash/ANR logs, performance metrics—used to fix issues and improve stability
Platform providers (e.g., Google
Play services) may provide device/OS information required to run
the app.
We do not use analytics SDKs or ad networks.
Provide and operate the game

We do not use your data for advertising or behavioral profiling.

Crash reporting: Grafana Loki (self‑hosted, on‑premise)
Push notifications: Not yet implemented. If added later (e.g., Firebase Cloud Messaging or
another provider), we will update this Policy to list the provider and their privacy policy.
We share data only with:
Service/Infrastructure we control
(on‑premise hosting)
Platform providers (e.g., Google Play services) to operate the app
Legal authorities if required by law or to protect rights/safety
Business transfers (e.g., merger/acquisition) with appropriate safeguards
We do not sell personal information. For California, we do not "sell" or "share"
data
for
cross‑context behavioral advertising.
We host data on‑premise. If we ever
transfer data outside your region, we will use lawful
safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and additional measures where required.
We keep data only as long as needed:
Gameplay & profile: while your
profile is active; deleted/anonymized within 30 days after you use
the in‑app Delete
Backups: purge within 90 days
Crash/diagnostics logs: up to 90 days
Server logs (security/operations): up to 180 days
Device IDs (AAID): rotate/reset after 12 months or sooner if you reset AAID
Legal or dispute obligations may require longer retention of limited records.
Depending on your region (GDPR/UK
GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD), you may have rights to access, correct,
delete, restrict, object, or port your data.
In‑app deletion: Use the Delete
Account/Data button to request deletion.
Email: You can also email doferlo.app@gmail.com from
the address associated with your request.
Ad ID controls: You can reset or limit the Android Advertising ID in your device settings.
Notifications: Control push notifications via Android Settings at any time.
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests. Authorized agents may act on
your
behalf where permitted by law.
This game is for general
audiences and is not directed to children under 13 (or under the age
required by local law, e.g., 16 in parts of the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal
data
from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided data, please
contact us and we will take appropriate action.
We use reasonable technical and
organizational measures, including encryption in transit (SSL/TLS),
OAuth2 for service access, access controls, and least‑privilege practices. No method of
transmission
or storage is 100% secure.
Use the in‑app Delete function to
request removal of your gameplay/profile data. We will delete or
irreversibly anonymize active records within 30 days and remove backups within 90 days, unless
retention is required by law or for dispute resolution.
Google Play Services: https://policies.google.com/privacy (We
currently use no ad networks or
analytics SDKs. If that changes—for example, for push notifications—we will update this list.)
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post updates at https://checkgames.doferlo.app/privacy-policy and revise the Effective Date. For material changes, we may also notify you in‑app.
